Customer Service Representative

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative in Bellevue, WA 98004 for 3 Months Contract Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting Channel Operation Managers to manage all operational facets of relationships with retailers and distributors. This role is pivotal to help Microsoft and its retail partners achieve optimal business results by ensuring the right product, gets to the right places at the right times with maximum efficiency. To be successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven skills in answering customer queries, processing orders and documentations. Strong communication, leadership and analytical thinking skills are also strongly preferred to have right level of impact and influence. Responsibilities: Onboarding, SKU Setup, Data Maintenance: SKU set up in retail systems, set up pricelist with information given by COMs, ICMODs tactical set up. Product Availability: Allocation execution. Order Processing: Create delivery orders. Order Tracking: Delivery Order Reporting, self-serve capable (alias). Invoicing and C&C: Price protection, A/R Management. Partner Engagement: Answer and categorize customer inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years with Microsoft Excel. BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree. Preferred Skills: Supplier/vendor management. Exceptional Excel skills managing large amounts of data. Customer Service Skill.
